As the platform grows and attracts more users and artists, scalability bacame the major concern and to ensure our platform can handle its growth and accommodate more users and artists, we adopted horizontal scaling for our AWS cloud infrastructure. With the aid of load balancers and caching techniques, we reduced delays and improved performance to provide a smoother experience for everyone using the platform.

Payment Disputes:

Payment disputes are a prevalent concern within the entertainment industry, often arising due to unforeseen circumstances. Our system is designed to detect and address such occurrences promptly and effectively. We have meticulously outlined these scenarios in our legal policies and communicated them transparently to both artists and audiences beforehand. This proactive approach minimizes the likelihood of disputes and ensures clarity and alignment among all parties involved.
